Neatly Plan is a marketplace platform that connects customers with organizers, planners, and related professionals.

Neatly Plan does not directly provide organizing, planning, relocation, or event services unless explicitly stated.

• Information you provide must be accurate

Users may register as customers or professionals/service providers.

Neatly Plan reserves the right to remove misleading, false, or inappropriate content.

5. Bookings & Payments

Customers may book professionals through the Platform.

Payments may be processed using Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other supported providers.

Neatly Plan may charge subscription fees, featured listing fees, transaction fees, or additional service charges.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations may vary depending on the professional’s cancellation policy, booking type, and timing of cancellation.

Neatly Plan reserves the right to review disputes on a case-by-case basis.

7. Ratings & Reviews

Customers may leave reviews after completed bookings.

• Reviews must be truthful
• No abusive, illegal, or misleading content
• Reviews must not violate the rights of others

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Platform unlawfully
• Posting false or misleading information
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Attempting unauthorized access
• Using bots or scraping tools
• Circumventing payments outside the Platform

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

Users engage with professionals at their own discretion and risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, harmful conduct, or non-payment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
